Make the GradeDriven by the Ahead Partnership, the Make the Grade programme creates partnerships between education and employers to design engaging work-related activities for students. Local partnerships are built around local requirements, usually involving more than one school (primary as well as secondary) connected to a group of employers. Depending on local requirements, individual partnerships might focus on employability skills, wider work-related activities or careers information – or any combination. School teams work with business volunteers to design and deliver activities, combining their knowledge and expertise to provide exciting experiences for students.
